Assalamualaikum
As a muslimah, i know and believe that hijab is fardh. I know a girl, who at the young age of 11 became mature. She beleived that hijab is fardh but her parents did not. In front of her family, she was not allowed. When she bacame mature, she requested 4 niqaab but was denied. She explained that hijaab was fardh and that she now has the right to make desisions. The denied. What should that girl now do?

Bismihi Ta’ala
She must disobey her parents in this regards and follow the commandments of Allah. There is no obeying creation in aspects which disobey the creator. If she continues to obey her parents in this regards which is disobeying Allah, she will be sinful.
Alternatively, she should explain the benefits of Hijaab to her parents and ask other elders in the family to speak to the parents regarding this if beneficial.
May Allah make it easy for her.
Allah knows best.
