Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

Allah Ta’ala says,

“We sent down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to believers.” (17:82)

Surah Fatiha May be recited and blown over the head.

Hazrat Abdul Malik ibn Umair (Radiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam) said, “In Surah Fatihah there is a cure for all ailments.”

Surah Takathur may also be recited and blown over the head. (Aamale Qurani)

To apply the paste of black seed over the fore-head cures headaches. (Tibbi Nabawi)

Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “Use the Black Seed, because it contains a cure for every type of ailment, except for death.” [At-Tirmidhi, Ahmad, and Ibn Hibban]

One may do Hijamah (cupping) this also cures headaches.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (Radiyallahu Anhu) narrates that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Healing is in three things: drinking honey, the incision of a cupper, and cauterizing with fire, but I forbid my ummah to use cauterizing.”

The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “if anyone ever complained to him of a pain in the head, would say, ‘Have yourself cupped.’ If anyone complained to him of a pain in the legs, he told them ‘Anoint yourself with Hanna.”(Abu Dawud)

One must supplicate to Allah Ta’ala and place trust in Him.

“And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad ) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.” (2:186)

“Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allâh, certainly, Allâh loves those who put their trust (in Him).” (3:159)

“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust.” (3:160)

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
