Bismihi Ta’ala
The first and foremost impotant thing I would like point out at this stage is, that as a Muslim, we dont have the right to question or disagree with any ruling of Sharia’ah. In a verse of Surah Ahzaab, Allah says: “And it is not possible for a believer when Allah and his Rasool have deciding something to have a choice (whether he should accept it or not).”
Islam means total submission to the commandments of Allah. The rulings of Shari’ah are divine, whereas our intellects are limited and prone to error. There may be rulings that are beyond our level of comprehension. After all, to grasp the reasoning and wisdoms behind each ruling isn’t a requirement and nor is it always necessary. If it was all crystal clear and manifest then there would remain no test.
The issue of whether the Imaan is becomes invalid on rejecting one of the rulings of Shari’ah relies on the nature of that ruling. If it is a disagreement with a creedal issue, or a Fardh (obligatory) or Waajib (Necessary) or a well established, authentic and important Sunnah then ones faith is in danger. At once, he must proclaim the Shahadatayn again and repent. Also, start to accept that issue.
May Allah protect us from the satanic whispers, for after all it is Shaytaan who first used his intellect and analogy against the ruling of Allah of bowing down to Adam alayhissalaam.
And Allah knows best
