Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

There is nothing wrong in doing Zikr with the left hand. However, doing Zikr with the right hand is a Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

Abdallah Bin ‘Amr Bin al-‘As reported, “I saw the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) counting the glorifications of Allah on his right hand’s fingers.” (Tirmidhi)

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
