If interactions reach a level of personal compliments, giving personal information, joking and laughing ‘with’ each other (opposite genders) then this can be considered incorrect interactions and would be wrong.
The site moderators and administrators continuously send reminders to members if they are about to step over a boundary and messages/posts are also edited. Some guests posts have also been deleted due to this.
This is mentioned in the rules and regulations:
3.2 – When replying to users posts, do not use direct speech which resembles needless chatting or indecent, inappropriate interaction. These messages/posts can and will also be removed without notice.
It is very important to keep a light but strict eye on the issue you have raised. May Allah reward you for your concern.

Please also note, if you feel anything has been missed and allowed in the forum section which seems wrong, guests and non-members are more than entitled to put forward their view and inshaAllah if deemed inappropriate, it will be removed.
