Do males need ghusul if they become wet but don’t produce thick sperm?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
IF A MALE GETS SEXUALLY ARROUSED AND BECOMES WET (MAZI) BUT DOESNT PRODUCE THICK SPERM DOES HE NEED GHUSUL TO PERFORM SALAT?

IF A WOMEN IS SEXUALLY AROUSED AND SHE BECOMES WET IN HER PRIVATE PARTS, DOES SHE NEED TO PERFORM GHUSAL TO PERFORM SALAT OR CAN SHE WASH HERSELF AND HER CLOTHES WITH WATER?

Answer
If a woman or man is aroused and they discharge wetness, this is called Mazi. For Mazi, the private part and the clothes touched by the Mazi must be washed. To perform Salaah, only Wudhu will have to be renewed. Ghusl doesn’t become Waajib until the private parts meet. And Allah knows best.
