There is a muslim girl who has a job of looking after a disabled christian woman who has sufferred from stroke. She has to feed this woman as part of her job duty. Now sometimes she even has to feed her pork. The meal itself is prepared by the hospital. But her job is to feed her. Is that allowed for her?

It would not be permissible to do so. The legal maxim is: “Anything Haram to use by oneself is Haram to give to another.”
Rather the Muslim girl should ask her employers to excuse her from such a thing. Perhaps another non Muslim employee could do this act of feeding the patient her Haraam food.
By feeding a person Haraam, it is quite possible a person may mentally accept the product and the abhorrence of these extremely detestable substances may not command the level of repugnance required by Shari’aah. May Allah save us from that. This connection is very dangerous and must be avoided.
Further to this, A Muslim is required by Shaariah to totally hate those things that Allah hates and it is quite obvious that we would not feed someone something we despise.
