How can I maintain control during wudhu to avoid repeating it?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
I find it hard to keep hold and control of the wudhu I perform whether it is because I want to read the Quran or go to pray the namaaz at the Mosque, because I have the urge to let out wind. i perfrom fresh wudhu and then I feel like letting out light wind and sometimes when I do I get frustrated because I have to perform it again.

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

A person who does not find sufficient amount of time to make Wudhu and perform Salaat because of any such reason i.e continous passing out of wind etc, which continues throughout one full Salaat period, will be regarded as Ma’zur.

The excuse must be continuous – for one full Salaat period. If a person manages to keep his Wudhu for 5/10 minutes in the entire Salaat period with which he is able to perform his Salaat, then he will not be a Ma’zur.

If a Ma’zur experienced another factor (bleeding etc.) besides the excuse due to which he is classified as a Ma’zur, then his Wudhu will break. Also, Wudhu will break when the time has ended of that particular Salaah. E.g. if you did Wudhu for Fajr Salaah, your Wudhu will be valid until sunrise. After that, if you would like to read any Salah in between i.e Salatut Duha you will have to do Wudhu again.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
