Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com

Answer
Answer

In the name of Allah the Majestic

Yes it is providing the bath is perfromed in the correct manner. The
person in question does not need to renew or perform a new Wudhu. even
if the intention for Wudhu is not present at the time of Ghuls (bath)
the Wudhu is still valid. The intention of Ghusl will incoporate it. (
Shami Vol 1, Al Hidayah Vol 1)
