Is Ghusl required for a few drops of semen during clothed kissing and hugging?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
Please let me know if Ghusl is fardh if a few drops of semen are discharged but there is no erection and one is fully clothed but just kissing and hugging his wife.

Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Inspirer of Truth.

Ghusl does not become fardh in this case. What you have experienced is preseminal discharge however Wadhu is broken. Ghusl becomes fardh when the semen is ejaculated with desire (shahwah). However, this is not the only instance where Ghusl becomes necessary but for the scope of this question, this is sufficient.

And Allah knows Best
