Al-Jawab Billahi At-Taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

Yes, Rafa’ Yadain is Sunnah.

Malik b. Huwairith reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) raised his hands apposite his ears at the time of reciting the takbir (i. e. at the time of beginning the prayer) and then again raised his hands apposite the ears at the time of bowing and when he lifted his head after bowing he said: Allah listened to him who praised Him, and did like it (raised his hands up to the ears). (Muslim, Book 004, Number 0762)

In the commentary on Sahih Muslim, Imam Nawawi adduces all the Hadiths as proofs for the Shafi`i positions on raising the hands during prayer. He then mentions that there is scholarly consensus that it is recommended to raise one’s hands at the opening Allahu Akbar but that the raising of hands on other occasions during the prayer has been differed upon, most notably by Imam Abu Hanifa, and Imam Malik (according to one of the reports of his position on the issue) (al-Minhaj Sharh Sahih Muslim 2.315).

However, if one (who adheres to the Fiqh of Imam Abu Hanifah) did Rafa’ Yadain the Salah will be completed.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
