Some people start offering prayer seating on the seat. Is offering prayer in this way permissible? if no please mention some refernce. Whats the best solution for this thing if other members are not agree to stop van for prayer.

Answer
Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

If you prayed your obligatory Salah sitting in a car or van due to Salah being feared missed and one cannot pray standing due to a reason like, stopping the car or van and praying on the side of the road etc, then this will be permissible.

However, the Salah will need to be repeated as the condition of Qiyam (standing posture) is missing. In addition, if any conditions of Salah is missing then Salah will need to be repeated. (Ahsanul Fataawa Vol.4 Pg.88)

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
