Assalamualaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatu,
Ramadhan mubarak to all. I would like to know the ruling regarding a pace maker, is it permissible in Islam to have one put into the heart?

Yes, it will be permissible on the condition that it doesn’t cause any harm.
