Salaah missed during safar

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If I made my zuhr and asr salaah qadha while on safar (journey), when I return home, should I make qadha of four rakaats or two rakaats?

Bismillaah

A: If you missed salaah during safar and you are making qadha later on, you will perform the salaah in the manner it became qadha upon you (i.e you will perform two rakaats qadha for zuhr and asr in place of four rakaats).

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
