Can One Wash Blood or Impurity Stained Clothes Once in a Washing Machine?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If I wash blood stained or impurity stained clothes in the washing machine once, will they be pure? Do I have to run rinse them 3 times as I feel I am wasting water?

Bismillaah

A: To clear your mind of all doubts it is better that you wash the napaaki off the clothing and then put it into the machine.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
