Jinn Friends and Qur’an Scans: Permissible in Islam?

Q: There is a man who has lots of jinn friends. People go to his house and he looks at people and scans and also recites Qur’an and tells them how many jinns arr with that person. People also see things like some see who has done it. I want to know is this right? Is it permissible in Islam?
