Q: According to our Islamic beliefs, when is a foetus inside a mothers womb given life i.e. it’s rooh?
A: The exact time when the soul is blown is known only to Allah Ta’ala. However we are informed in the Hadith that this takes place around four months from the time of conception.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
