Can Women Put Pattern Mehndi on Their Palms and Backs?

Q: Is it permissible for a woman to put pattern mehndi on her palm and the back of it. I have heard that it is a Hindu culture especially if it is put on the back only.

Bismillaah

A: As long as this application does not resemble the styles of kuffaar and their patterns, it is permissible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
