Wazifa for happiness

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Recently I have had many issues at home which without realising has made me very anti social, quite, unconfident person for my age. I do not like to talk to anyone at work even if I try to make an effort. I prefer to remain on my own but now I am feeling very lonely and depressed. I have tried to seek Allahs assistance through keeping up with duas and my 5 time prayers. However, at the end of the day I can’t help but cry for hours before i sleep. I have been praying lots of duas for hardships but I feel on a daily basis my struggle is only getting worse. Mufti please could you kindly advice a dua which can enable me to stop being sad/stressed all the time, I am worried the isolation is also affecting my job and I can not afford to lose it.

Bismillaah

A: A Mu’min, in whichever condition he may be, should turn to Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى). The solutions of all problems lie in the hands of Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى). In order for one to receive the mercy of Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) and barkat in his life, one should ensure that he is leading a life according to the Sunnah and not displeasing Allah Ta’ala at any time. Be conscious of observing purdah, guarding the eyes and the tongue and performing the five daily Salaah on it’s prescribed time. Recite one thousand one hundred times يَا لَطِيْفُ after Esha Salaah with reciting eleven times durood shareef before and after. Allocate a certain time for reciting Qur’an daily. Commence ta’leem of Fazaail-e-Amaal and Fazaail-e-Sadaqaat daily. May Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) assist you and remove your difficulties.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
