Doubts regarding urine splashes after using the toilet

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: When I use the toilet both English and Indian, I keep having doubts whether urine has splashed on me. I can’t see the splashes because I have very
weak eyesight and when I touch the place where I think it splashed, I can’t feel anything. But I feel things on my legs and on my hand but I don’t know
what it is. I have to rely on feeling because of my eyesight but what if the splashes are small that I won’t be able to feel them or what if I feel part of the skin thats a bit rough and I think its a splash, what should I do?

Bismillaah

A: Do not pay attention to these doubts. However if you are sure that urine has splashed on any area, then wash the area.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
