Rejected due to family reputation: What now?

Q: I want to ask about my marriage. One very good proposal was about to come but the boy inquired about my family and got to know bad things about my family and he rejected me only because my family has a bad reputation. What should I do?

Bismillaah

A: Recite the following dua after your five daily Salaah. Allah Ta’ala will bless you with a pious suitable spouse.

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيْر

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
