Can Muslims Donate Blood to Non-Muslims?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Donating blood to a non muslim has the same amount of ajar or not? I am living in a non muslim country. I have a chance to donate blood, can I donate?

A: There is ajar to help a non-Muslim that is needy. The reward of helping a Muslim needy person will definitely be greater.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
