18 Years in Computer Business: To Close or Not to Close?

Q: I am running a computer business for the last 18 years alhamdulillah. It was going well but for the last 2 years it has been going slow. I am thinking if I should close down the business or what should I do please advise me.

A: If it is a halaal business and it is not preventing you from fulfilling all your Deeni obligations nor are the laws of hijaab compromised, then if this is the only source of halaal income that you have, then we suggest that you continue till you find some other halaal source of income.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
