Q: Can one wear sandals while making sa’i of saffa and marwah. Also can one use toothpaste in the state of ihram and what should one do if one has a problem with urine drops when in ihraam?

A: Yes.

Avoid using toothpaste, as it contains some form of a sweet perfume smell.

Place a piece of tissue or toilet paper over the private area.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
