Why Do I Get Sexual Dreams and How Can I Stop Wet Dreams?

Q: 

1. Sometime I get sexual and erotic dreams, why do I get these kind of dreams? Are these dreams cause by shaytaan?
2. I get a lot of wet dreams, can you tell me how I can stop getting wet dreams?

A: 

1. This is normal. During the day don’t deliberately allow your mind to go around these types of thoughts.
2. Recite Surah Falaq, Surah Naas and Aayatul Kursi before sleeping.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّـهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ ﴿التحريم: ٦﴾
