Receiving gifts from an account of a company that deals in alcohol

Q: Are we allowed to receive gifts or invitations of such a person who is an accountant of a company which exports and imports things which includes breweries. He is my uncle and if we would refuse there’s a danger of breaking of relations.

A: If the company deals in halaal and haraam items and the halaal is dominant, then you can accept the gifts or invitations from your uncle.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
