Food which people of other religions have done prayers upon

Q: I live in India. There are lots of religions around us. If they give us any food items with love which will is from their prayer place, should we consume it? Is there any problem in mingling with them.

A:

  1. You should refrain from eating that food upon which they have done prayers.
  2. Apart from necessity, a Mu’min should not associate and befriend the kuffaar.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
