Maximizing the Effectiveness of Darood Taj: Timing and Frequency

Q: How many times should and what time is best to read darood taj and how much is it effective? Can we read at night time?

A: Durood Shareef can be recited at anytime. It is best for one to recite the durood that appears in the Hadith e.g. 40 durood. Some of the wordings of Durood-e-Taj amounts to shirk. Hence, Durood-e-Taj should not be recited.
