Q: Is it permissible for a Muslim Woman to marry a non-muslim man?

A: No, it is impermissible. If a Muslim woman performs a nikah with a non-Muslim man, the nikah is invalid in Islam and they will be perpetually living in zina.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
