Shariah Advice: Dealing with Family Members Using Father’s Property Without Permission

Q: My brother and my mother are using my father’s property as they will and not letting me to use it. Always making some kind of reasons. What shariah suggests me to do?

A: The property your father has left also forms part of his estate which will have to be distributed among the heirs according to the prescribed laws of inheritance.
