Who Inherits When a Deceased Has No Sons or Parents?

Q: A deceased is survived by a wife, daughters and brothers and he does not have any sons or parents. Will his brothers inherit or not?

A: If the deceased is survived by a wife, daughters and brothers and he does not have any sons or parents that are alive the brothers will share in the inheritance.
