Can Whispering Laughter Break Wudu During Solo Prayer?

Q: If some one laughs in salaah in a voice thats not audible (whispering voice) and is praying alone will wuzu break if it was loud enough for some one else to here but the voice isnt audible will wudhu break?

Bismillaah

A: If the laughter is audible to the next person then the namaaz and wudhu breaks. 

( و ) ينقضه ( إغماء ) ومنه الغشي ( وجنون وسكر ) بأن يدخل في مشيه تمايل ولو بأكل الحشيشة ( وقهقهة ) هي ما يسمع جيرانه (الدر المختار 1/144)
