Hadith of Imam Abu Bakr Al-Bayhaqi

Q: I would like to know if the teachings and Hadith of Imam Abu Bakr Al-Bayhaqi are true and authentic? More specifically,  I would like to know how authentic is this  hadith: Sunan Al-Baihaqi, Hadith Number 12102.

Bismillaah

A: It is better for you to study the usool of hadeeth and thereafter refer  to these hadeeth kitaabs. Not understanding the usool of hadeeth and then referring to these kitaabs or studying hadeeth kitaabs without the guidance of a learned and experienced tutor is not right at all.
