Delaying marriage on account of studying

Q: Is it advisable for one who has the need to get married to delay on account of studying further?

Bismillaah

A: Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) had taught us in his Mubarak Hadith that when the boy or girl reach the age of marriage and they perceive the need to get married then they should get married. If they delay in performing the Nikah then widespread corruption will spread in the world. Delaying the Nikah on account of studying is not a valid excuse in Shariah.

Q: Would it apply if I am currently studying Alim/Mufti course and my parents have found a girl and I agree and she agrees?

A: If one fears falling into sin, then it will be impermissible to delay.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
