A: Naqshbandis refer to people who are affiliated to the Naqshbandi spiritual order. The Naqshbandi spiritual order was founded by Sheikh Bahaa-ud-deen Naqshbandi, one of the four famous mashaa’ikh of the spiritual orders of tasawwuf (viz. Naqshabandi, Chisti, Qaadiri and Saharwardi).
