Inheritance Dilemma: How Will Property be Divided Among Family Members?

Q: If a grown up unmarried girl dies leaving behind her mother, her four sisters, two uncles (father’s brother), one aunt (father’s sister), one uncle (mother’s brother), one aunt (mother’s sister). How will her property be divided?

A: The estate will be divided into 12 equal shares and distributed as follows:

The mother will receive 2 shares.

Each sister will receive 2 shares.

Each paternal uncle will receive 1 share.
