Husband passed away: Leaving behind £60,000.00
Inheritors:
- 2 Daughters
- Wife
- Mother
- Father
A: The estate will be divided into 27 equal shares and distributed as follows:
- The 2 daughters will receive 8 shares each
- The wife will receive 3 shares
- The mother will receive 4 shares
- The father will receive 4 shares
Hence the distribution of the monetary figures will be as follows:
- The 2 daughters will receive £17 777,77 (each)
- The wife will receive £6 666,66
- The mother will receive £8 888,88
- The father will receive £8 888,88
- The remaining 4 pence will be given in charity with the consent of all the heirs.
