Will asking one’s husband “theek he ap mre papers bana de” constitute talaaq?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: My husband has anger issues. I belong from a different country. In a fight, I used to say “theek h ap mre papers bana de” What I meant was immigration papers and he said ok.

1. Is that a divorce?

2. Is that revocable or irrevocable?

3. Is papers bana de kinaya alfaz?

Bismillaah

A: No talaaq takes place by him saying ok.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
