Q: My question is when Muharram happens, before magrib of 1st muharram end of year dua is made and after magrib prayer new year dua is made and other amaal such as zikir majilis happens. What is your opinion? Should we take part?
A: Do it in the confines of your home. There is no amal that is to be done collectively on such a day or night.
