Performing umrah with a work visa

Q: I am on a work visa and I want to do umrah. I recently saw my visa and it is written that no hajj and umrah allowed. Is it permissible to do umrah by going against the law or will it be wrong and should I avoid it?

Bismillaah

A: If you do not fear any legal implication you may perform umrah or hajj.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
