Bus controller keeping bus fare for himself

Q: Sometimes I travel by a particular bus and the bus controller doesn’t give the fare to the owner of the bus as he is supposed to, rather he keeps it for himself. Is it permissible to travel by that bus?

Bismillaah

A: If the employer had employed him then this problem is not related to the passenger, the problem relates to the controller.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
