Saahib-e-tarteeb performing qadha salaah in sequence

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: How will qadha be read for: Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Esha?

Bismillaah

A: If one is a saahib-e-tarteeb, then one should first perform all the qadha salaah in sequence, after which one will perform the salaah of the time that has set in. If one is not a saahib-e-tarteeb, then it is permissible for one to perform the missed salaah in any sequence one wishes and one does not have to perform the missed salaah before performing the salaah of the time that has set in.

A saahib-e-tarteeb is that person who has less than six qadha salaah. In this situation, since one had missed fajr, zuhr, asr, maghrib, esha and witr, one will no longer remain a saahib-e-tarteeb and hence he may perform the missed salaah in any sequence he wishes, before performing the salaah of the time that has set in or after performing it.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
