Q: Can we make takfeer of all the Shia?
A: Those who reject any of the zarooriyyaat of deen will be kaafir, like they believe in the tahreef of the Kitaabullah, or tafseeq of all the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum), so obviously these are from the zarooriyyaat of deen.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
