Making dua for pious company

Q:

1. Is the following a masnoon dua:

اللّٰهُمَّ يَسِّرْلِيْ جَلِيْسًا صَالِحًا

2. If so, please may the English translation be given.

Bismillaah

A:

1. It is a dua of a great Taabiee.

2. The translation is: “O Allah! Bless me with a pious companion.”

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
