Q: Where in the Quraan is it mentioned that wudu breaks and impurity on the clothes invalidates prayer?
A: There is no mention in the Qur’aan of urine breaking wudhu. The Qur’aan also does not speak about passing wind breaking wudhu, nor does the Qur’aan say anywhere that you cannot make zina in the musjid. Correct your understanding, the Qur’aan has got broad principles, and these principles are illustrated thereafter through the hadeeth.
