Getting paid for watching adverts

Q: One hour daily on your mobile phone or computer you could only see ads of different products and have to be numbering them. This will increase the rating of the products to which the numbering will increase the companies’ products of sales. Instead the company will give 1$ for 10 ads. Registration is free. Is it halal or haram?

A: Looking at an advert is not a service. To claim a remuneration for no service rendered is not valid.
