Q: My question in about online earning. There are some short link websites which pay us. On one website for example, we can short link any video, so when we send that short link to someone and he opens it, first he will watch an advertisement then he will go to the real video link. These ads contain pics also. Is this type of earning halal or haram?
A: Pictures of all animate objects are haraam. Earning wealth through this means is impermissible.
