Performing tawaaf on the ground floor

Q:

1. What is the best time for tawaf without rush, so that I can avoid getting touched by men?

2. Also, should we perform tawaf on the ground floor, or on the floors above?

A: 

1. We are not aware of this. You may refer to someone who is more familiar.

2. Obviously, the closer you will be to the Ka`bah the virtue will be greater. The closest is the ground floor.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
