Q: If I pray without wudu and with impure clothes everyday by hoping that may Allah forgive me and accept my prayer. But in heart I have that it’s impermissible to pray without wudu and with impure clothes. Is this kufr or major sin?
A: You are living in jahaalat and ignorance. You cannot subject Allah Ta`ala to your own procedures and standards. For that matter, a person can take wine and say that Allah will forgive, or commit zina and say that perhaps Allah will forgive as well. This reasoning is lopsided, stupid and ignorance.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
