Engaging in sexual relations after haidh before making ghusal

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If a woman has completed her haiz, can she do intercourse with her husband without making ghusl although she has no bleeding or any trace of haiz but she did not make ghusl for haiz?

Bismillaah

A: If a woman’s haidh is ten days and she bled for the complete ten days, then it is permissible for the husband to have intimacy with her before making ghusal. However, if she a woman’s haidh is less than ten days and her bleeding stopped according to her pattern, then it is not permissible for the husband to have intimacy with her before she makes ghusal or one salaah time passes.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
